The Cool Running Calorie Calculator
Use this calorie calculator to estimate the number of calories burned during various workouts. Conditions, including terrain and temperature, can affect the actual number of calories burned, but the calorie calculator nevertheless provides a useful estimate. The number of calories used in a workout is based primarily on how far you go, not how fast you get there. There is only a marginal difference in the number of calories burned by walking versus running the same distance. |
