Our Mission
The mission of the Triad
Triathlon Team is to promote friendship and fitness through the sport of
triathlon. The team provides information, motivation, training
support and social activities for athletes of all ages and abilities.

Group workouts and clinics
We aim to make sure our members have access to the most workout options
possible. Everyone's schedule is different so we work hard to accommodate everyone from newbies to
elite athletes. Group workouts include pool/open water swim,
short/long bike, track/trail runs.
Monthly meetings
Meetings are typically held once a month (baring some big
race, event, or holiday). Meetings are a great way to learn more about the
sport and socialize with other team members. We usually have special guest speakers, including
elite athletes and fitness experts.
Web site features
Enjoy all the great content and features of the TTT web
site. We will be updating the site frequently to help you stay in
tune with all your teammates.
Tri Share Program
We are sharing triathlon books and videos for members to
exchange. We also hope to add some wetsuits and bike cargo
carriers for our members.
Part of a team
It's always better to race and train with friends! The team is also
a great way to meeting new people. We will be organizing ride and
room shares for many of our races this year. If you'd like to
